Instructions
Step 1
Prep the Pork Belly: Season pork belly slices with salt and pepper.

In a large pan, cook pork belly over medium heat until crispy on the outside and cooked through. Set aside.

Prepare Ramen Noodles: Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Broth: In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
